We have been working closely with Fargreen, a social enterprise building prosperous and sustainable farming communities. Fargreen is inspired by the cradle-to-crable approach to build a closed loop business model in which no net waste is added in the production process.
With the #lovefoodnotwaste campaign celebrating AccorHotels’ Planet 21 sustainability initiative – a global sustainable development program by AccorHotels. Executive Chef Paul Smart and angelina’s Head Chef Aurelien Houguet have exquisitely crafted innovative dishes with freshly hand-picked mushrooms from Fargreen’s bio-diversity farm.
